We have been notified that some clients have received this spam e-mail – Action Required: Website Renewal Deadline 20 September.
PLEASE SELECT “REPORT PHISHING” in your e-mail reply option and otherwise ignore. This is a phishing/impersonation e-mail that will ask to send money if you respond to e-mail.
@bearwebdesign.com is our ONLY official e-mail
We also send client requests thru HelpDesk
Bear Web Design only sends client service, maintenance and billing communications from an official @bearwebdesign.com email address or through the Bear Help Desk. We do not request emergency payments from Gmail or other personal email accounts. If you receive a suspicious message using our name and likeness including requesting emergency services and then requesting payment for those services – Do Not Pay – please contact us on the form below or call 615-504-6845.
Please note all our billing invoices come directly from our Quickbooks System. We never use any other system when sending out invoices.
