Caldwell Travel, founded in 1977, is a corporate travel management firm headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee.  The Agency has an annual volume in excess of $40 million and a staff of 50. Corporate clients include several publicly traded healthcare companies, publishers, music industry record labels, manufacturers, as well as smaller companies in many other industries.

Development Notes: 

Caldwell Travel was ready to increase their web presence with a new Corporate and Vacation Websites. BeareWare's challenge was to review Caldwell's key business models and travel partners and establish websites that reflect and promote those relationships while reinforcing Caldwell expertise and experience. A decision was made early in the development to split Corporate Travel & Vacation Travel into two websites really allowing for direction marketing in both areas. 3rd party software was integrated "seemlessly" into the Caldwell Website - maintaining the Caldwell Brand regardless of what 3rd party software the client is using. The new design uses corporate "Wall Street" type images to really emphasize business while providing key online (and mobile) tools for the busy corporate traveler.
