Liberty Realty & Auction was established by Greg Mabey in 1996. Greg Mabey graduated from Tennessee Tech University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration majoring in Production & Operations Management. The Company offers a wide variety of auction services including industrial, commercial, residential, farms, & estate auctions including personal property sales. Prior to forming Liberty Realty & Auction, Greg had accumulated four years of experience as an agent and apprentice auctioneer. Under his guidance, Liberty has conducted million dollar plus sales while developing a hard working reputation and special attention to detail. From preparing the property for sale including title work, surveying, developing property, advertising, and closing the deal, Liberty has the expertise to help you reach your real estate goals.

Development Notes: 

Client Greg Mabey (Liberty Realty and Auction) was happy with his website and happy with his website functionality. But he wasn't happy with that fact he had to contact BeareWare (and pay BeareWare) for web management. The solution was an easy one - a new Content Management Systems that would allow Liberty to update their website content directly while reducing their cost of maintaining the website. BeareWare implemented the JOOMLA Content Management System and created the graphics templates and design that kept the Liberty Brand front and center. Included in the CMS design was the famous Liberty Auction Cry (Audio) that can be heard at any Liberty Auction and when you enter the website.
